Anything over the limited range will cost: Gas (Cost at the time of Delivery) + $1.00/mile for each mile over the 40 mile round trip.

We understand that it may take one last item to bring an event from decent to memorable; therefore, if we have the supplies available, we will happily make it happen.

Our tents are made of durable vinyl material. We ensure that the tents will keep you sheltered from the weather.

Although our tents are durable, we ask that no one climbs or tampers with the tent. We know it can hold, so we do not have to find out again.

No. We are a dry service. Our bartenders bring their unique skills and necessary tools, and you provide the alcohol for them to create magical beverages.

No, but we advise that you know where your water lines, power lines, and electrical lines are located.

Our tents are held down by 40” rods; therefore, we need to avoid anything in the ground. If you do not know where the utilities lines are located, then please contact your local office to have them identified at least 7 days prior to the event.

Essentially, you can keep the products that are rented until the discussed end of the event. Pricing will be adjusted to accommodate multiple days of rental; however, the rental will be based on a 24-hour timeframe.

In the event of rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc., the tents will remain until the next full 24-hour period in order for the equipment to dry. This will be no extra charge to the customer.
